Job Description :
- Candidates with minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience in engineering with at least 4+ years of technical and team management experience
- Solid experience with one dynamic language and statically compiled language
- Working closely with the founders and product leads to define product strategy and road map
- Building a team of engineering to cater to the growth of the organisation
- Ensuring quality and Scalability of the tech solutions and architecture of the platform
- Provide leadership and vision to the team along with developing new skills
