Job Objective:
Keys Result Ares:
To lead engineering and related activities for bidding for new mines, operationalizing new mines and ensuring operations from existing mines
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) To ensure delivery of accurate engineering drawings and documents with primary emphasis on Accuracy, time and Efficiency
2) To form, motivate and sustain a team of aspiring, competent, agile and self driven engineering team capable to deliver and perform all engineering tasks within AEL or even outside, if so desired by Company
3) Engineering support to acquire MDO, BOO/ BOM coal washers and development of the same
4) Engineering support for participation in new Iron Ore, Diamond, Sand separation tenders and Development of Kurmitar iron ore MDO project
5) Manage and co-ordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams to ensure compliance to Quality and HSE policies and procedures during execution of projects
6) Identify, Record and Assess the requirement of newest technology and innovations, Quantify the cost implications, Agreement with all stakeholders and Implement the acceptable changes
7) To Build Adani Mining Brand as a responsible green, technology driven Miner through Technical Papers, Conferences and Seminar lectures
