Position – Head Engineering

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer

Reporting in –Team of 30-35 belonging to Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities and Projects

New/replacement – Replacement position

Position overview –

- This is a strategic and leadership position to bring in best practices and robust processes within the engineering function

- Taking care of complete Engineering Function including Plant Maintenance, Utilities, Projects for both Roha & Mahad plants

Experience/Exposure - Ranging from 15-20 years

Location: Roha

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer BE/B tech

Responsibilities

Complete responsibility for 2 Plants (Roha and Mahad)

- Leading a team of 30-35 from Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities and Projects

- Ensuring optimization in engineering capital investment decisions taken across the company

- Focusing on debottlenecking & capacity utilization & enhancement

- Ensuring proper design & installation of major equipment & utilities in the plants

- Improving machine uptime & reducing costs of maintenance, consumables or spares & increasing asset utilization

- Executing high quality engineering projects within the projected time & cost estimates

- Capex and revenue Budgeting

- Formulating growth and expansion plans

- Identifying and implementing state of the art technology in line with vision and plans

- Designing and implementing processes for efficient functioning of the department.

- Advising the Sr Management on all Engineering aspects
