Engineering & Maintenance Head (Airport Experience is Must)

Experience- 20 years of overall experience in the field of Engineering Maintenance / Asset management of large industry

Education : Engineering Graduate

- Must have experience in Engineering & Maintenance of Airports

Job Purpose :

The role will be responsible for Civil, Electrical & Mechanical operations & maintenance of overall project.

To ensure continuous improvement towards cost containment under repair and maintenance, utility uses, contract rationalization without impacting quality, safety and serviceability of the environment and work systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operation and Maintenance strategy & work process Implementation:

- Operations & Maintenance of civil, electrical & mechanical works at Airport

- Responsible for all the airport systems

- Recommend and control changes in process, material and equipment, in order to enhance service level and improve operational efficiency.

- Deploy industry, innovation and advances in technical and management field.

- Comply with work policies and risk management procedures

2. Health, safety and environment system including regulatory compliance

- Drive the implementation and strict adherence of the different HSE systems and Quality standards, internal and external audits compliance. Conformance to different norms set by the different industrial regulatory bodies
