Head - Engineering - Lighting Business

A newly setup project providing automotive and non-automotive lighting and technology solutions using patented solutions offering world class niche solutions for full interior lighting and innovative exterior lighting combining complex production processes & patented technology solutions to customers.

The company has set up its facility at Gurgaon. It's already a supplier to Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra and few other auto-OEMs.

The position reports to COO.. The KRAs include:

1. Customer satisfaction and deliveries of new products in time.

2. Provides a link between research, marketing, and sales to evaluate and identify new products that will meet the needs of the customer.

3. Lead Product Design & Simulations team

4. Generates Predevelopment Projects and Manages the Database for Product Development trials.

5. Supporting customer needs and customer visits.

6. Resource planning for new projects

7. Value stream mapping to attain high productivity.

8. Budget planning for Product Development

Work experience/competencies desired:

- Strong in New Product Design and Engineering

- Adept at managing large OEM customers

- Analytical, Problem solving, troubleshooting & planning expertise

- Team builder & high degree of ethics and integrity

- Adaptable to work under stringent deadlines

- Exposure on latest design software

- Management has embarked upon an ambitious growth plans for this vertical to grow exponentially for next 5 years.
