About the Position

- Will form a core member of the startup team and lead the product development from a technical standpoint, and take end-to-end responsibility for all things technical for the product - from technology selection to architecture and design to working with, and guiding the engineering team in delivering the product per agreed timelines.

- Design the technical architecture, create and deliver specifications for software development and requirements for systems integration -Able to engage regularly with the Product Manager, Directors and other key stakeholders in analyzing and evaluating the product functionalities, and provide technical direction to the product

- Critical contributor in managing product scope, schedule and developer resources Own up the design, development, testing and release efforts for the product.

- Will be building up and scaling up the engineering team. He will work directly with the CEO to define and execute on product and technology strategies

- Play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the team while working closely with product, business and engineering leadership on a regular basis

- Nurture the culture of fail often and fail fast

- Drive the technical strategy for all products

- Solve real customer problems and help hundreds of millions of Walmart customers to save money and live better

- Lead development of Product Vertical

- Lead teams of product managers and engineers.

- Recruit top talent and build world class development team.

- Partner with CTO and executive leadership to lead the product vertical
