Head - Engineering - eCommerce

We are looking for candidates for the role of Head- Engineering for one of our clients which is an E- Commerce company in Delhi/ NCR, The candidate should have a strong software development background and should worked on scalable softwares.

Role Attributes:

- Possess strong leadership ability to motivate engineers with good communication skills, providing them with engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company.

- Predictably deliver high-quality, scalable software and drive decision making

- Assess and recommend software architecture design decisions

- Manage and optimize the team's workflow processes

- Attract, retain, mentor, and develop an outstanding and motivated team

- Define objectives and track results for team members in a supportive, motivating, and data driven manner

- Work closely with the peers and product managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
