Position: Head - Enabling Services (HR)

Location:-Gurgaon

Experience: 9-15 Years

Education: Graduation (Any) from premier institute/ MBA

Job Responsibilities:

Head - Enabling services is responsible for all internal & Support functions like HR, Finance, Legal, Admin & Compliance. The position will be responsible for all HR interventions in the region and will supervise finance, legal, admin & risk administratively.

Key Account abilities

- Will own the HR function & will strategize to introduce relevant HR initiatives for supporting Business

- Responsible for the capability development of the organization through recruitment, Training etc.

- Supervise internal functions finance, admin,legal & Risk

- Approving authority for the budget allocated to these functions

- Guide and review performance of the team
