We are looking for an experienced and strategic head/lead of Employer Branding to lead our efforts in creating and maintaining a compelling employer brand that attracts, retains, and engages top talent. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling employer branding initiatives for a large and diverse organization.

Job Summary:

The head/lead of Employer Branding is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. This person will also work cross functionally with the HR function, ensuring alignment with the employer branding strategy and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employer Branding Strategy:

- Develop and implement a robust employer branding strategy to promote the company as an employer of choice.

- Create and maintain a compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that resonates with current and potential employees.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

2. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and execute branding campaigns/programs that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

- Oversee internal communication efforts to ensure employees are well-informed about company culture, values, and initiatives.

3. Leadership and Team Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing employer branding team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Ensure the team's alignment with the organization's goals and values.

4. Employer Branding Metrics:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of employer branding efforts.

- Regularly analyze and report on the success of employer branding initiatives to senior leadership.

5. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other relevant departments to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image.

- Work with external partners and agencies when necessary to support employer branding initiatives.
