Head - Employee Services

Purpose of the Job:-

To develop, implement and monitor end-to-end Employee Services/ Admin processes and policies to support the organization to increase employee productivity and satisfaction

Key Deliverable:-

- To plan, monitor and control Admin & Facility budget

- Effective budgeting, keeping all the internal and external environmental factors in consideration Compliance to monthly dashboards and MIS

Compliance to monthly dashboards and MIS

- Effective utilization of material resources

Effective vendor management :

- Bench marking in Bharti Circles for cost optimization Compliance to Escalation Matrix

Compliance to Escalation Matrix:

- Support smooth employee transfer / relocation / travel and engagement activities, Household shifting during relocation Local tie with schools, institution for employee wards admissions

Meeting and conferences- Travel management Budget management for Stationery, Conveyance, Meetings & Conferences and Travel, empowering Zones/Functions

- Plan & Implement the in-house Security Process & Policy Compliance to fire and safety regulations

- Conduct premise specific safety and fire trainings Liaison with Government authorities

- Monitor and control Capex related to new projects
