As part of our commitment to our employees and stakeholders, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance from the Pharma or FMCG sector only. This role is based in Mumbai and plays a crucial part in our commitment to maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring compliance with all labor and legal regulations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
Employee Relations:
- Ensure timely handling of Grievance and Discipline Requests.
- Coach and train managers and employees.
- Develop robust ER systems.
Labour Relations:
- Develop Labor Relations Strategy.
- Lead negotiations with government affiliates.
- Manage court cases and compliance.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay updated on labor statutes.
- Ensure compliance with labor-related acts.
- Manage returns and audits.
Pan India Responsibilities:
- Manage outsourced labor matters and grievances.
- Handle end-to-end ER-Legal processes.
- Represent the organization before authorities.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Candidates from Pharma or FMCG only apply.
- Post-Graduation in HR or Legal, with advanced degrees or certifications.
- 15-18 years of ER/IR experience.
- Strong communication and discretion.
- Expertise in Employee Relations Principles.
