Employee Relations Head - India

- Looking for Senior HR, responsible for heading the ER/IR/LR & Comapliance for multi location plants across India for a large workforce of more than 8000-10000+

- Experience is managing multiple plants is must have

Responsible for:

- Creating a proactive culture on Compliance with focus on driving Compliance as a critical pillar of our growth and employer brand

- Scanning the external environment and keep the organization ready to embrace changes happening in the statues and legal framework from time to time

- To work closely with the internal and external counsels in formulating the right legal strategy on all our labor related court cases with focus on improving the success rate of cases and as a way forward creating minimum number of litigations in the organization

- Leading along with HRBPs in creating proactive employee engagement initiatives with a focus to improve the employee engagement and alignment

- Internal and external union relations with a focus on having a seamlessly cordial working

- Govt. Authorities / external stakeholder related plan and implementation with the objective of driving a healthy collaboration keeping the law of land and company guidelines in mind
