Responsibilities:

- Device strategies for Environment and Safety, based on regulations in vogue

- Act as an adviser to help management take decisions related to Environmental and Occupational health & Safety issues of the Organization including future plans of expansion / new product introduction.

- Update management on the requirements in meeting National / International policies

- Implement preventive policy instruments to minimize environmental and Safety issues using appropriate technology options.

- Prepare budgets related to CAPEX and Operations

- Develop MIS to Monitor deviations/ deficiencies on day to day basis by coordinating with other Department Heads

KRA’s:

- Introduce use of Green Technology for future expansions

- Develop suitable mechanism for resource conservation

- Upgrade Safety and environment management system in line with 5 Star British Safety Council Standard

- Zero Reportable Accidents

- 100% compliance to Statutory requirements

- Plan and Organize BBS ( Behavioral Based Safety ) at Organization level.
