Description - Lead Embedded Designer for a global MNC at the state of the art R&D in Delhi NCR

Client Details : 

Our client is a leading player in power electronics and is engaged in developing, manufacturing and supplying highly efficient solutions with R&D and sales facilities in multiple global locations.

Description :

- Reporting into the Head - R&D (India), you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for managing a team for hardware design of analog and digital boards for multiple applications

- Provide overall project direction as related to schedule, cost, performance, and resources

- Develop and monitor scope schedules, project GANTT charts on a regular basis

- Leading Strategy and Implementation of the organizations product development plan

Profile : 

- Master in IC Design with more than 15+ years of work experience with at least 5 years of team leading experience

- Experience in leading a product developmental life cycle from conceptualization to product dealing with Micro Controller & Microprocessor based board design & development along with knowledge & design experience on high speed digital & low level analogue signal board.
