Head - EHS - Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Responsible to implement, review & if needed modify the Safety Health, Environment Quality & Ethics Policy of the company

- Lead the environment health safety and sustainability work environment in achieving Zero tolerance or zero accidents

- Ensuring effective coordination between QA /QC, Maintenance & Operations

- Comply with all Government, State and territorial regulatory requirements

- Responsible to optimize the operational cost to achieve

- Lead, maintain all safety records, analyze on trends, report on statistics, and manage non-compliance

- Manage the effectiveness of risk reduction and accident prevention.

- Lead the environmental and be compliant in all sustainability reporting requirements;

- Ensuring the statutory compliances on health, guiding the Company in establishing health standards, tracking health data trends and aligning with clients the environmental and be compliant in all sustainability reporting requirements

- Comply with all Government, State and territorial regulatory requirements

- Should have strong approach of working in safety, Environment & health statutory & regulatory requirements.

- Manage and control company to comply with law of safety, explosives and environment.

- Cooperate with global sites Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.

- Perform the duties of the Fire Protection Inspector.

- Driving Safety requirements implementation through OH&S Board directives and single point

- Looking after Safety standard implementation across Units from development to gap identification to training to CAPEX approval from leadership.

- Single point contact for Safety drive across Units Cluster and working closely with Head Manufacturing & Cluster Safety Heads to implement One Safety system.

- Driving Safety requirements implementation through OH&S Board directives and single point

- Responsible for identifying core process risk across cement units and working closely with technical teams to come up with engineering controls, monitoring of adequacy, and compliance on the field.

- Single point contact for Safety drive across Units Cluster and working closely with Head Manufacturing & Cluster Safety Heads to implement One Safety system.
