Head of Ecosystem and MarketPlace with Leading Bank

Job Role :

- Platform & Business Lead for Bank's Digital Marketplace (KayMall)

- Responsible for product development and product roadmap for KayMall

- Responsible for acquiring and scaling new partnerships across KayMall across existing and new categories

- Building synergies for KayMall across Kotak Bank & Group - Consumer Bank, Consumer Durable Finance, Wholesale Bank etc.

- Responsible for driving usage, adoption and P&L across various business models

- Drive end-to-end Partner Customer Experience across parameters like Servicing, Refunds, UI/UX to ensure stickiness and loyalty

- Stakeholder management - Regular Dashboards, MIS, Analytics/Insights for various senior management updates on key projects, business decisions and impact

- Engage with cross-functional teams, regulatory bodies and business partners

- Manage a team of GTM & Product Managers to build partnerships, manage engagements, drive product execution and realize revenue/business benefits
