Qualification: MBA /masters from NIFT or similar institution

Exp: 7-10 years of managing Ecommerce business (own website and marketplace) including models such as OMNI, SOR & PPMP for a fashion brands marketplace

Location:- Santacruz, West

Days of the week Working:- 5 Days

Reporting to:CEO and Managing Director

Summary :

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of COO (Chief Operations Officer) Ecommerce Business. The Chief Operations Officer will work closely with the Managing Director and act as the key link to the Ecommerce business within the company. The ideal candidate for this position needs to have previous Ecommerce Operations Background and a proven track record for effective team set-up and management and results-driven leadership and who can manage E-commerce business end to end.

Job Description:

- Responsible for the growth of the overall own website and marketplaces business with key focus on delivering exponential growth on strategic marketplaces (Myntra, TataCliq etc.).

- Actively manage and deepen the relationship with marketplace partners to ensure continuous end-to-end development of the e-commerce business.

- Identify new channels i.e. marketplaces to grow the business further & own the brand listing and subsequent business growth.

- Actively own all aspects of the business including revenue projections, marketing & inventory planning, product listing, business growth etc.

- Keep a track of product level metrics e.g. visibility, conversions & revenue growth

- Ensuring product pricing and discounts are up to date with proper quality control.

- Regularly come up with product & pricing insights based on market research.

- Maintain directory of data and prepare MIS reports and presentations for management reviews
