- Costing & Product Development

- Inventory Management along with liquidation & promotions

- Region ASP, Merchandise Pricing and Sell Thru

- Vendor Commercials Negotiation and Relationship Agreements

- Team Management

- Driving Top line & Bottom line

- LFL growth - SPSF - Sell Thru & Stock Turn

- Assortment Planning and Range Building (Pvt. Label & Brands)

- Brand Introduction and Management

- Costing & Product Development

- Inventory Control

- Price Strategy, Promotions & Tale Liquidation Plan

- Cross unit co-ordination for effective Category Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Space Planning
