For a 6 year old, fast growing Home Furnishing Brand, HQ at Ahmedabad Looking for Head of Ecommerce (Online business) Key Responsibilities: - As Head - Ecommerce, the incumbent will be leading the Ecommerce sales strategy. - He/she will work closely with Online & Mobile Marketing for media planning & implementation, Communication Development, Campaign Management and Operations, Response Management, Co-ordination with E-marketing Agency/s & relationship management - Established the online sales channel in collaboration with multi-disciplined internal teams & senior management stakeholders. - Explore & establish strategic alliances & new business models with ecommerce firms to increase new customer acquisitions by retailing LI policies through websites, msite, apps. - Provide end to end marketing support to distribution channels in development and implementation of appropriate marketing programs - Managing processes, budgets, media and strategic initiatives to deliver business targets for Online Sales Channel - Aid other distribution channels in achieving acquisition targets through non- traditional and below the line activities - Website enhancement projects for improving Customer Experience and Conversions - Work closely with Online & Mobile Marketing for media planning & implementation, Communication Development, Campaign Management and Operations, Response Management, Co-ordination with E-marketing Agency/s & relationship management. Qualifications and Skill: - An MBA/ BE/ Masters's in Business Administration /Sales /Marketing or related field - 08 + years experience of Ecommerce/ FMCG/ Home Furnishing /New age technology related Brand in Marketing, Sales, Online, Media Planning, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, etc - Must be active on social media and should have implemented interesting social campaigns - Clear understanding of both online and offline marketing strategy development and channel execution - Able to achieve, and/or over achieve the sales quota through strategy execution - Ability to translate strategies into execution plans, implement them and take them to completion.. and few other are unstated qualities of a leader.
