Looking for Candidates, who can head the P&L of company's own e-portal.

Job Description
- Define the ecommerce strategy and the role it plays in the country-region strategy.
- Identify potentials, define strategy and provide solutions to support & realize business from online customers.
- Understand business model and operational differences of online vs. offline (seo & sea, buy box, conversion rate, etc.)
- Support customers on product listing, range management, pricing, promotions & campaigns, user engagement to optimize the online potentials and operations.
- Range management and evaluation of dedicated online portfolio
- Securing agreed sales targets, customer and logistic service levels within agreed budget costs and framework of the business
- Price management on owned D2U sales channels and price analysis of online channels
- Contract negotiations w/ key account in all business models (Marketplace, enabler, dealer model)
- General coordination & support with key account (credit management, orders issue, MPL reports check.)
- Promotion evaluation and planning together with UOM or webShop/FSS manager.
- Planning of turnover, profit and quantity as well as commenting to KAD
- Strong coordination with all other BUs for respective customers
- Monitoring of competitor activities / market trends
- Lead & develop the team of KAM and Marketing managers to delivery key business objectives.
Qualifications
BE + MBA (Preferred)
