Head - eCommerce - IIM/ISB

I am looking for a eCommerce head to start of the eCommerce Business for an offline chain.

- Will be working like CEO of eCommerce Business

- Should set up Tech, Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Sales teams from scratch.

- Should run P&L for eCommerce Business

- Should be hustler and dynamic in nature

- Will be responsible to work closely with founders, investors and stack holders to drive strategy and vision of business

Experience should be around 8 Yrs to 13 Yrs Max.

Education should be IIM /ISB only else you should be a star.:)
