Company Profile:Our client is a rapidly expanding, highly professionally managed Healthcare organisation now launching its e-Commerce website. The position is based in Mumbai (Western Suburbs) and reports to the CEO.

Job Description:-

This position will head the eCommerce business as Profit Centre Head and be responsible for the Topline & BottomLine performance of the division. Will be responsible for planning and launching the eCommerce business and build it into a highly successful business.

Job responsibilities:-

- Understanding business objectives and converting these into clear deliverables

- Setting up Infrastructure, Operation and Processes.

- Lead the coordination of all e-commerce development activities, including the integration and implementation of appropriate software in coordination with solution providers

- Conceptualizing & executing strategic & tactical marketing offers & promotions in line with prevailing market conditions, special occasions & competition action, in order to sustain & increase traffic & revenues.

- Setting up and managing payment, packaging and delivery channels.

- Formulate terms and conditions and layout of website.

- Setting up call centre

- Develop standards and processes for the supply chain and logistics.

- Optimize internal procurement processes, sourcing and maintaining inventory.

- Monitor competition and expand market and diversify product categories.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduates / MBAs with 8 – 12 years experience of which recent years must be in eCommerce business preferably heading/managing the eCommerce business/division. Could be from any eCommerce vertical and not necessarily from Healthcare. Must have Conceptualized, developed, and implemented an e-commerce platform.
