- The incumbent would be responsible to manage e-Commerce the P&L for the entire e-commerce channels, and deliver on strategic long term projects
- You will independently drive digital transformation for the organization by devising tailor made digital strategies and developing digital mindset best suited to the business growth
- You will oversee ecommerce strategies, steer & monitor upon results and manage relationships with stakeholders
- To ensure attractive returns on capital employed steadily shaping towards long term sustainable and Profitable Business
- To meet the planned targets on top line, spends and cost effectiveness - Ensure smooth and regular Management Information system on the Business progress. Constantly look upon increasing the volume and revenue
- Maximizing online sales performance through effective day to day adaptations of the site, increasing conversion, AOV, promotional activity and minimizing customer bounce rates
- The incumbent will come with 8+ years of experience in handling Ecommerce, managed a P&L, exposure to the FMCG business and should be able to relate the brand
- You'll have an in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape with a great understanding of all digital selling platforms and trends
- Strong background using data to determine customer behaviors Entrepreneurial bent of mind, with proven ability to take intelligent risks and script success stories
- Sound awareness of technological innovations in the e-commerce space
- A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies
