Key Responsibilities:
Revenue:
- Deliver the Revenue Target and product mix
- Delivery on the key metrics like ROAS (return on ad spends), Repeats, AOV
- End-to-end P&L of own D2C website.
Business Development:
- SPOC for all the platforms (including mainline, e-pharmacies, quick commerce )
- Create Joint Business Plans alongwith the Category Teams within the platforms. Ensure the delivery of all KPIs agreed in the JBPs.
Campaign Management:
- Run performance marketing campaigns with the help of the agency. Monitor & improvise the KPIs
- Creation of Brand Assets and other creatives
