This role envisages an excellent knowledge and communication skills to handle a competitive Market Place in promoting organizations Product Categories across potential channels like Flipkart, Amazon etc.

The desired candidate should have a proven track record at least four to five years of actual experience in establishing a new age product and should have showcased an excellent P & L of the efforts and aggressive approach to competitive market place scenario.

The Role entails the crucial requirements as follows:

- Responsible for the end to end P & L of the E Com division ( Market Place ) within agreed revenue models.

- Showcase the products and generate enquiry / revenue in leading Market Place - Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg etc

- Innovate and increase the overall marketing strategy to build the Market Place business.

- Increase the valuation of the organization and showcase the Key indicators for Market Place / Digital foray.

- Hire, Train and Build a aggressive team for able performance in Digital Business.

- Prepare and assist the TOP Management to pitch for prospective investors the sales trajectory for growth potential.

- MBA FROM GOOD B SCHOOLS WITH PROVEN COMPETENCE IN E COMMERCE / MARKET PLACE DOMAIN FROM LEADING FMCG ORGANIZATIONS HAVING DEALT WITH FLIPKART / AMAZON / TATA ETC WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED.
