Job Title: Head - eCommerce
Reporting Manager: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Mumbai
Scope:
- Deliver the organisation's growth plans for the product category eCommerce.
Responsibilities -
- Lead the P&L for the category's eCommerce channel
- Lead the eCommerce team and guide them in account management of various accounts
- Develop a team that actively tracks and maps the trends and happenings in the online marketplace
- Account management to ensure that the best terms of trade are negotiated with the various marketplaces
- Developing joint business plans with various accounts and ensure that all current and potential accounts are serviced
- Managing the logistics and last mile delivery in tandem with ecommerce accounts
- Analytics, insights and course correction
Role Requirements:
- A two year full time MBA from a reputed business school
- At least 15 years of experience in handling ecommerce and should have worked in the retail space in category management prior to that
- Experience in industries such as fashion will be preferred as they regularly refresh their collections
