Job Description
- Responsible for P&L of ecommerce. Lead the business for Online and overall customers to drive strong growth and shares.
- To handle all top eCom chains like Amazon (FBA+Pantry), BigBasket, Flipkart Grocery and smaller chains like SuprDaily, Dunzo
- Negotiate platform level JBP and ToT to achieve desired sales growth and achieve target market share in existing and new categories
- Conceptualise and negotiate with category and vendor managers to plan festive sales period and exclusive launches with SKU level stock planning
- Provide leadership, direction setting, and clear strategic focus to the multi-functional category team to ensure accountability and delivery of business goals for e-commerce and various marketplaces.
- Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence.
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners. Develop a plan, KPI, and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner basis a clear understanding of customer strategy, KPIs, and understanding as well of brand strategy and objectives.
- Create selling stories on the basis of the deep customer and category understanding to align portfolio, campaign, and event execution.
- Define and implement Go to a Market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, etc.)
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner's sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities both tactical and strategic decisions.
