Job Title: Head E-commerce (D2C- Medical Devices)
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic E-commerce Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to optimize sales and fortify our market presence on major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and e-pharmacies.
2. Partnership Management:
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key platform representatives and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and secure favourable terms and agreements with platforms and partners.
- Identify and assess new e-commerce platforms and partnership opportunities.
3. ROI Optimization:
- Implement strategic initiatives to optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports on sales and customer behaviour for data-driven decision-making.
4. Collaboration and Innovation Oversight:
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy team to oversee the innovation and implementation of tactics.
- Enhance product visibility, customer attraction, and sales through effective collaboration.
5. Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation:
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and data sets.
- Formulate data-driven strategies to achieve optimal performance in the e-commerce space.
6. Operations Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage and optimize product catalogues.
- Ensure accurate and updated listings to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration across brand, performance, content, and marketing teams.
- Execute high-quality campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and driving conversion.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience, preferably in the medical devices and healthcare sector, with a focus on digital and e-commerce.
2. Skills:
- Proficient in D2C marketing, measurement, and attribution models.
- Demonstrated business acumen and a startup mindset, with a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer dynamics.
3. Industry Familiarity:
- Familiarity with the healthcare and recession-proof consumer products industry.
4. Track Record:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales revenue goals through the D2C channel.
