Head - eCommerce - Consumer Durable (12-15 yrs)
Business Strategy - ( Handling a value business of 300 Crs )
- Understand E commerce, consumer behavior online, Customer insights. Must have worked in driving eCommerce sales and a deep understanding of digital strategies.
- Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them
- Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Analysis of competitive products, movements and sales.
- Analysis and compare SKU movement, category wise market share, Price point wise sales and market share.
- Understanding of digital marketing and various advertising opportunities available on eCommerce portals (Web and Mobile). Implementation of digital strategy and tracking of the successes and misses. This includes content management.
Client Management :
- Develop deep and long-standing relationship with the clients - to drive relationships from strategical to tactical.
- Own the terms of business with the clients - products, returns, ordering, etc.
- Ensure high-share of mind from the client. Build deep ties.
- Make clients partners in driving disruptive changes for the category
Market Understanding :
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long-term trends
- Have an in-depth knowledge of competition and ability to influence the market
- Develop and implement industry best practices. move the industry with you.
Selection and Offers -
- Own buying cost improvement and overall portfolio management
- Manage in store promotions along with partners - make clients partners in customer communication
- Drive portfolio management.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA - FULL TIME
- Should be in the leadership role for minimum - 5 yrs
- Candidates from Mumbai - 1st preferred
