- Managing a team of KAMs, Marketing & Operations to drive the eCommerce business
- Adept in managing & grooming team for doing task independently and be able to take the next level responsibility
Partner Management
- Handling major eCommerce platforms (Esp. Flipkart & Amazon) and drive business
- Planning and execution of JBP (Joint Business Plan) for different categories with partner platforms to meet AOP targets
- Overall E Commerce strategy finalization and launch of New Product and category online including the Exclusives portfolio
Strategy and Operations
- Planning and implementing the Go-To-Market strategy for E-Commerce business
- Driving business strategy and closing long term plan with partners to drive business
- Managing and streamlining the E- Commerce catalogue in line with global guidelines. Driving A+ Content and Video for rich consumer experience
- Ensuring continuous availability of stock on partner platforms
- Work with the MIS team to design and prepare reports for all business metrics for various online platforms and achieve all growth objectives and develop all enhancements to direct supply network
- Design marketing strategy and working on consumer insights to drive business
- Working towards better consumer experience by setting up review and rating mechanism, happy calling to consumers and value-added service
Internal Stakeholder management
- Closely liaise with internal stakeholders including category product managers for product pricing, inventory and supply chain
- Aligning and implementing the strategy to bring better coordination between marketing, sales, and commercial departments within the organization
