Responsibilities:
- Managing the E-commerce business of consumer healthcare products including P&L, Strategic alliances, Business Development and Operations
- End to end E-commerce management including growing and maintaining relationships with various E-commerce portals.
- Create annual Joint business plans and maintain long term business relations with various E-commerce portals.
- Verify product catalogues and ensure that smooth back end delivery before products go live on E-commerce portals.
- Defining and ensuring execution of online business strategies, online marketing, online customer experience and channel partnership
- Support marketing in short and long term promotions including tactical promotions with E-commerce partners.
- Being updated about latest trends in the E-commerce business which should leave to innovative and unique ideas to enhance our presence.
- Setting and achieving the sales targets and gross margin targets for E-commerce with Commercial Head
About you:
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language:
- Understanding and management of online platforms and E-commerce business is critical
- Program management skills,
- Relationship management and
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree, Post Graduate degree preferred
- 3-4 years in managing and leading E-commerce business / driving B2B E-commerce partnerships
- Experience in working with external partners is desirable
