About our Client - My client is India's leading Ecommerce player within the B2B space. They have wide range of customer base ranging from small and big companies and an excellent platform for business to trade online. They have a young and enterprising employee base with a great focus on growth and development. As a company they have been recognized and awarded for promoting small business and forming a strong Ecommerce platform. They are looking for a Head of Ecommerce business who will develop and deliver the growth plans.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for - Own and manage the P&L responsibilities of the E-Commerce Business.

- Define overall strategy and ensure that it is in line with the companies vision.

- Plan the roadmap for product development across all platforms

- Devise and execute the revenue generation plan.

- Build strong relationship with alliance partners to improve traction and branding.

- Lead and develop the ecommerce team

- Shape the overall framework of the IT system for the Ecommerce platform

- Innovative ways of building brand awareness and focus on growing small B2B business.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a from a Premier B school with at least 10 -15 years of experience within the online/ecommerce domain. An ideal candidate should have a good mix of product and technology understanding with a proven success story. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset with team management experience.
