Head - eCcommerce - Startup

MBA/PGDM Full time Mandatory

- Able to lead the whole Ecommerce team not just in India but overseas as well

- Currently have 2 junior members who handles Purple, Flipkart, Myntra etc)

- Will be a team of around 6 members and will have 3-4 reportees (handling marketplaces & tactical people)

- Should have a good understanding of Amazon and majorly focus on building the presence across the amazon platform and other market place

Top 3 Deliverables:

1. Sales 

2. Profitability 

3. Growth

- Marketplace Ecommerce 50% contribution (Amazon & Nykaa contributes to 60% of it. Rest almost equally by Flipkart, Myntra, Purple, Ajio etc)

- Needs to have an understanding of vision, have analytical ability and persuasion skills

- More of a business person role than tech role. More tuned to Category, relationship planning, budgeting skills, consumer understanding, brand understanding, able to drive social media

This is a sell side role.
