Head - Due Diligence - Financial Services

- Lead all the DD process initiated by Institutional Investors or Distributors from our side and successfully complete all the DDs.

- Anticipate all the challenges that may come up in a DD and have a solution-oriented approach to mitigate these challenges in advance

- Interacting with the Product team and Compliance teams regularly to ensure that all the products of the platform are DD-ready at any point of time.

- Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements that may impact due diligence procedures.

- Continuously improve due diligence processes, incorporating best practices and leverage technology for increased efficiency and accuracy.
