Designation: Head - DSA

Experience: 10-12 years

Locations: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Ahmedabad/Pune.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct the DSA group that markets and closes consumer unsecured lending transactions.

- Establish precise objectives and benchmarks for the DSA team, and keep a close eye on their progress.

- Create and put into action a thorough business development plan to increase unsecured loan sales via the DSA channel.

- Work together with the marketing group to create and implement successful marketing initiatives and promotions that will provide leads for the DSA group.

- Assure that all sales operations adhere to business policies, industry rules, and moral principles.
