Roles :
1) Develop Document management strategy for organization by asking inputs from different functions/owners from different businesses encompassing detailed process & policies including standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
2) Identify and classify documents according to characteristics such as security level, function, and metadata.
3) Identifying the digital technology requirements and developing the MIS and other dashboards for DMS project roll out and update policies and processes.
4) Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management system.
5) Project management : Implement Document management system for storage, processing, retrieval, and distribution in collaboration with other information technology specialists.
