Profile :

- Liasioning with Planning & the channel leadership on a regular basis to understand business & cost structures and create the need for automation/segmentation/up sell initiatives

- Create a robust & full proof project plan in consonance with the channel leadership & involve functional leaders as & when required to roll out the projects nationally from time to time in line with external best practices

- Coordinate with Consultants on a regular basis to get the external perspective and align the projects from time to time.

- Monitor and drive adoption rates in partnership with the sales channel

- Articulate the need to the development with clarity and create a Project management charter for the same with timelines

- Oversee the projects initiated and implemented in above mentioned areas with respect to deliverables, cost & people aspects, timelines etc.

- Carry out regular benefit analysis & align projects accordingly with respect to various end objectives

- Liaison with Channel & functional leadership & external consultants from time to time on various aspects of the project to keep them abreast on the latest developments & seek cooperation on areas required.
