About the Role:
- Expand Network: Develop and nurture a pipeline of distributors across FMCG, Energy (Battery), and building materials industries. Collaborate with distributors to negotiate and secure sustainable, profitable agreements.
- Drive Business: Establish metrics to measure process success and refine workflows based on feedback.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on RSM/ASM level engagement.
- Solution Crafting: Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and deliver customized solutions for improved customer experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to facilitate agreements and implement solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, sharing insights to enhance offerings.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance policies for client acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Sales/Business Development experience.
- Strong understanding of distributor-retailer dynamics and credit in business.
- Experience in FMCG/Energy Storage sectors preferred.
