Experience - 8 to 12 Years

We need a MF product head who would have good knowledge of MF performance, so picking the right fund, ability to help RM team aggressively cross sell thru meeting clients as also seminars and same thru current Sub brokers and enrolling future Sub brokers.

He may start alone and gradually can have his team in research as also sales. It should be across equity and debt.Managing sales through various channels entailing Retail Broking Sales Team, Retail Assets Team, Dealing Branches.

Delivering corporate presentations and managing offsite operations across PAN India to strengthen brand.

Representing organization at meetings with businesses and trade associations and promoting company's policies/products.

Working closely with the TEAM on internal systems & processes set for Mutual Funds & ensuring compliance.

Responsible for P&L of Mutual Fund business.Controlling Dead Business & Improving Persistence. Generating Mutual Fund business from online model through mailers, banners & other online activities.Joint calls for HNI / Super HNI customers.Training of team members Pan India across all verticals.Visiting branches Pan India to dive Mutual Fund Business across all verticals.
