- Responsible for pan India distribution and revenue realization of the channel
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with almost all operators and MSOs across India.
- Placements / Business Development and Distribution / Subscription
- Revenues of channel and managing the Distributors, MSO's, Cable Operators of India.
- Co-Ordination / MIS Reporting / Co-ordination of Sales Team and Revenue Part of the channel.
- Channel Setup, Distribution/ Placement, Regulatory Compliances, Up-linking requirements, Legal (agreements), Expansion.
- Experience of working with Regulatory Bodies and Trade Associations.
- Analysis and decoding of the BARC reports.
- Strong negotiating skills to close deals well working set target.
- Defining roadmap to launch new channels.
- Defined road plan to have viewership and reach of all channels.
- Product Development and Launches, Sales & Distribution, Business Strategy, Pricing Budgeting allocation
- Team Building, Management Product Development, Launch System and process design & implementation
