Our Client a Powerful Brand in the Perfume/ Fragrance Industry is looking for Head Distribution who has expertise in the Channel Sales for MENA Region & Europe.

Job Responsibility: 

Prime Responsibility : 

1. Business development - finding and appointing institutionalized distributors in different parts of the world. Specifically :

a. Europe ( Primary)

b. North America and Canada ( Secondary)

c. South-East Asia / China ( Secondary)

2. Developing and managing a system of distribution management (DMS)

Secondary Responsibility: 

3. Managing a team of managers to generate and manage distribution sales

4. Providing essential feedback to the marketing and product development and be part of the planning and budgeting responsibility

5. Operational management of the function as per the company policy
