Requirements & KRA :
- Will be responsilbe for auditing the entire payroll process, verifying and approving exemptions and salary changes and setting guidelines for all procedures around compensation.
- Should have previous experience managing payroll for a large organization.
- Should have managed payroll for the blue collar employee category.
- Set up, maintain and streamline the payroll process.
- Audit the transactions to match with actual disbursement vs computed data.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to create payroll reports.
- Coordinate external audits.
- Supervising a team of payroll managers and executives to ensure payroll process is followed, timely disbursement and post salary analysis is done.
- Candidates from a similar industry profile as Grab will be a plus.
