The brand is well established in Indian Market and looking to hire a senior individual.  Job Description  - Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for the below: - Analysis, Formulation, assessment and implementation of risk policies and products based on competition benchmarking, delinquency analysis, industry trends in line with the business requirements.  - In depth analysis and portfolio tracking based on early warning signals, market information, sectoral trends and industry analysis.  - Underwriting and credit decisioning of PAN INDIA loan proposals for unsecured loans having risk and policy level deviations.  - Regular assessment of policies via completion benchmarking to be in line with competition and industry trends.  - Conducting internal and concurrent audits to ensure proper implementation of risk policies and procedures across verticals.  The Successful Applicant :   You will ideally be a post graduate from a good institute and have 15 years of experience in Banking/ Financial Services industry with risk/ credit underwriting background for unsecured market.
