A leading eCommerce company is hiring "Brand Head / Brand Director" .
Education & Experience:
- An MBA from a premier Business School (IIM, IIT, ISB, NMIMS, SIBM, SIMS, JLBIMS, FMS, MDI, XLRI, NITIE and so on)
- The ideal candidate would come with 4-9 years of experience in either building brands or in consulting. Consulting profiles must have strong exposure to Retail and preferably fashion space.

KRA:
Brand Strategy:
- Understand consumer, consumer needs & aspirations and translate it to fashion solution offering
- Define vision for the brand(s) under the umbrella of Fashion proposition
- Identifying the most important benefits and messages for key audiences of the brand
- Work closely with Design teams to define brand language and aesthetics for unique positioning
- Continuously review and evolve brand strategy
Business Planning & Delivery:
- Develop annual brand plan to meet business and brand financial targets including product, pricing, merchandising and customer experience metrics
- Analyse and monitor brand financials, trends and competitive activity. Monitor results versus objectives and ensure appropriate actions across all functions.
- Lead and manage brand initiatives including new product launches, product improvement, product discontinuations and margin improvement initiatives. Drive clarity, collaboration and decisions on multi-functional issues and P&L tradeoffs.
- Ensure adherence to robust business review processes
Creativity and Innovation:
- Develop innovative extensions to make the brand a lifestyle solution
- Be the final decision-maker on the style and communication plans for the brands
- Foster and manager relationships with key creative partners/agencies
Team Management:
- Manage cross-functional teams of Design, Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing
- Build passionate brand teams that are nimble and customer-focused
- Work with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain and Customer Support to achieve business goals
Brand Evangelism:
- Be a champion for the brand(s) and generate tremendous buzz and advocacy for brand(s) internally and externally
- Take a keen ownership for brand promotion events and campaigns
