Service: Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing Job Description - Being responsible for legally minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations - Preparing and reviewing the consolidating and consolidated global tax provision - Being responsible for the tax provision process and tax compliance process, including working and coordination with the accounting department and other company personnel - Managing tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the organization - Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax - Establishing an appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the organization - Liaising with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the company - Managing external tax authorities and consultants - Reviewing current and deferred tax provision - Providing internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the company - Being responsible for performing a variety of managing, strategizing, coordinating and negotiating functions relative to the outside tax audits - Coordinating the flow of tax information to external auditors Requirements: - Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations, in statistics and accounting - Strong mathematical and analytical skills - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or other related program is required. CPA license is required - Minimum of two years reviewing all types of tax returns and compiled financial statements with a public CPA firm or private company.
