REPORTS TO - HEAD - IT

The Head of Digital Solutions will be driving the company's technological evolution. Responsible for fostering a collaborative environment between IT and business units, this position focuses on identifying market needs and opportunities, translating them into innovative tech solutions which can open new revenue streams & monetization opportunities. Leading a dynamic team of new age tech specialists with Deep Tech, AI, LLMs, M2M, edge computing and cloud exposure, the role involves building a diverse, highly tech-skilled team and spearhead the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to go-to-market strategies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and revenue growth.

- This is a national level role and will be responsible to shape the company's future by creating cutting-edge products and solutions which would give significant competitive advantage to the company.

- Formulate and do lifecycle management of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy

- Proactively engage with business unit leaders to understand their challenges, priorities and potential opportunities for value creation.

- Focus on solutions directly influencing the organization's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement - solutions that can drive incremental revenue growth or optimize costs

Relevant Experience:

- 20+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing digital transformation initiatives.

- Hands-on experience spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and data analytics.

- Experience in delivering technology solutions that have generated incremental revenue for the firm
