Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Develop processes and policies for online engagement of clients & client service.
2. Setting up framework and teams for Customer communication.
3. Responsible for setting up central client engagement, customer profitability, TAT, CSAT.
4. Responsible for New Client Origination online - Fintech & Tieups, Company Website, D2C & B2C.
5. Analytics of Sales/channel management, and making tools available for collections.
6. Co-ordinate for Business system solutions, with Ops. and IT.
7. Oversee and execute marketing activities at central as well as branch level.
8. Research, introduce and advice on new projects.
9. Closely oversee and manage the smooth operation of the business processes.
10. Tapping Fintech ecosystem, e-commerce ecosystem
11. Leveraging ecosystem around new age start-up.
