One of the leading FMCG companies is looking to transform its operations through digitization and automation.

The wish to hire the Lead of Strategy and digital transformation to spearhead the same.

Key responsibilities -

- The incumbent will be driving Digital Transformation and Analytics programs across Manufacturing, supply chain and sales operations.

- Work extensively with the respective Functional CEOs to create and implement Digital and Analytics roadmap for the organization.

- Define and manage the projects and maintain a steady pipeline for the same

- Lead a team of highly enthusiastic and qualified professionals .

- Manage internal stakeholders and work with external consultants for providing the complete digital roadmap and transformation for the company.

- Must have led innovation projects in a manufacturing and sales organisation - FMCG/ Durables/Manufacturing.
