Head - Digital Transformation - BPO

- Should have atleast 5-10 years of BPO experience, should have handled transformation Project in BPO/Voice Business

- Should have atleast 10-15 years of experience of digital transformations across various industries and processes

- Should have deep understanding for how to use new emerging technologies like AI, ML, NLP, Generator AI Etc. to solve various business problems and increase efficiencies

- Should have handled multiple clients across Banking, BFSI, E-commerce, Govt.

- Should have handled delivery Pan India/Multiple languages

- Last span should be a minimum of 6500+ people
