Head - Digital for Financial Institute, part of a large conglomerate Role leads the following functions - Digitization, strategy &amp; implementation of digital roadmap - Digital Marketing and Acquisition - Customer engagement - Analytics Major Responsibilities Process and Technology standardization - Digitization of existing business processes - backend operations and technology - Deliver a suitably differentiated customer experience in line with the brand promise across all channels of interaction - Develop strong understanding of the target customer segments and "design" the experience &amp; journey for these customers Manage the overall product and digital marketing - Design &amp; implement the Digital roadmap and define strategy for digital products in line with the NBFC's proposition - Conceptualize, design and launch relevant "digital" products - Engage, retain and service current customers and attract potential customers on digital products - Conceptualize and execute appropriate marketing and customer engagement initiatives Enable the channels (digital and physical) through technology - Process and organizational changes to deliver a seamless and desired customer experience for all digital products and all transactions I interactions - Continuously track digital innovations in the relevant space and work out suitable strategies to bring on board suitable innovations organically or inorganically as suitable Nurture and grow the pipeline of Digital Talent - Monitor operational performance and ensure quality of service delivery - Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity &amp; define &amp; manage quality &amp; productivity enhancement measures Analytics - Discover insights by analyzing multiple data sources and focus on speed to deliver consumer insights quickly - Designing programs based on the insights generated and build prediction and optimization model and deliver insights-driven Profile Specifications - Having at least 8 - 12 years of progressive leadership experience with a suitable mix of business and technology - Should have technical(engineering) background from TIER I/II institute. - Preferred postgraduate degree such as MBA from TIER I/II institute. - Prior experience of managing digital transformation for effective and efficient outcomes - Ability to work as a transformation leader with collaborative style that engages people at all levels and promotes positive relationships - Ability to work as a leader, a member of a team and act and think corporately, with a collaborative style that engages people at all levels and promotes positive relationships
